Over more than 12 years in real estate, Joseph Friedman facilitated and negotiated many high-value transactions, assisting clients in maximizing their real estate investments and achieving their financial goals. Known for his relentless pursuit of excellence, Joseph Friedman has developed an extensive, hands-on understanding of all aspects related to acquisitions and dispositions, spanning all commercial property types, including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties.
Prior to founding Blackshore Realty Group, Joseph Friedman was a director at Besen & Associates, where he helped direct the company as they were growing in market share throughout NYC. Prior to that, Joseph Friedman was a manager at AHF Group, where he developed an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry, an additional asset to his real estate clients.
